We specialize in new construction, remodeling and custom interiors. Emphasis is on space planning, architectural detailing, lighting design, custom furnishings and environmentally aware products. We use a mix of old and new, antiques with modern, interesting textures, pattern and color, all combined to form an elegant, ecletic interior. One that welcomes homeowners and visitors, puts them at ease and delights the eye with detail.
We work closely with the client to determine their wishes and needs. Along with the client, architect and contractors, we determine the budget, size constraints and logistics of the project---all the best to integrate the elements into a reflection of the client.
Denise Foley has been practicing interior design for the past 25 years. In that time, she has worked with many film actors and directors, musicians, and corporate ceo's building, remodeling and furnishing their houses.
She has a BA in Art History, and is a member of ASID, and a Certified Interior Designer in the State of California. She has also designed many theatrical sets and the lighting for the sets, and was the art director for "Save My Place", a film by Pavla Ustinov.

Denise has appeared with Christopher Lowell on his t.v. show "Interior Motives" and has been featured twice on HGTV's "Designer's Challenge". Her work has appeared in Home Magazine and published in Lowe's "Complete Home Decorating".
Fee Structure
Design fees are determined by the individual project. There is an hourly rate involved with all construction or consultation. Merchandise purchases are purchased at designer net cost with a percentage mark-up.
